Jim & Kara - Barn in the Woods Wedding Venue - Grand Rapids, Minnesota

Jim and Kara were blessed with the most beautiful winter wedding set at a barn venue deep in the woods. A fresh blanket of snow covered the ground and the trees. A Barn in the Woods hosted the wedding all in one site with getting ready suites through the reception. For a winter wedding in Minnesota, it couldn't get any better. Jim and Kara braved the cold weather as we did most the portraits outside to take advantage of all its beauty. They were the most relaxed couple to work with. A funny story from the day that shows this is ten minutes before the ceremony, Kara asks me if I know any good songs to walk down the aisle to. Luckily we both have the same taste in music and I showed her some of my favorite western love songs. She chose "You" by Jason Cassidy and "Look at you Girl" by Chris Ledoux. It was the perfect wedding day. Thank you Jim and Kara for allowing me to capture your wedding day.
